Greatly inspired by the Avant-Garde movement, I've created a sculpture that plays with the idea of having an interesting and abstract point of view on all sides, rather than just the front. The objective of this project is to transform a 2-dimensional drawing into a 3-dimensional form. Imagine the possibilities of where and how this project could exist and function. Embrace the emptiness and quietness. I aimed to create a sculpture that relates to design. Sometimes the challenge in design is figuring out how to organize all the information laid out before me. This sculpture expresses that challenge, and I wanted to explore how I could create a piece inspired by and motivated by graphic design.
